Created by Antoine & Valérie Sardin in 2002, Fromacoeur was built in the land of the goat cheese, the Poitou-Charentes region. Starting with an artisanal production, they developed an ambitious project in order to respond to a need of innovative aperitives products.

The company’s growth can be attributed to the management and strong lasting partnerships with its first customers.
In 2006, Fromacoeur expanded into an ultramodern 2,000 square meter factory with IFS compliancy.

In constant search for new recipes that pleased the taste buds, Fromacoeur developed a wide range of products for all occasions.
In 2006, Fromacoeur was awarded SIAL’s innovation award with its stuffed cheese pearls.

Fromacoeur has crossed the oceans with their quirky aperitives, a bet that paid off after finding great success at the New York Fancy Food Show in 2015. This motivated the team to reach even further than before propelling them to find customers in the United States and even Australia.
